Our flowerpots are 3D printed in our manufacturing facility located in South Daytona, Florida USA.

What materials are New Blooms Pots made from?

We use high-quality materials derived from sugar cane and corn starch to create flowerpots that are both stylish and long-lasting. These materials help regulate moisture and temperature for healthier plants.

Do your pots include drainage holes?

Our flowerpots include precisely placed drainage holes to promote proper water flow and prevent root rot. Check each product description under “Specifications” for details.

Where does New Blooms Pots ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States, with international shipping options coming soon. All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@newbloomspots.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your New Blooms flowerpot! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.


Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your flowerpot arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@newbloomspots.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll replace or refund your item quickly.

Do the pots come with plants?

Unless specified, all products include the flowerpot only — plants are not included. This allows you to customize your own green display!
